To be honest, I’m never a fan of anything scary. Thrillers may be a go for me but anything eerie will always be, for sure, a pass. However, when Globe #GoWATCHandPLAY and Netflix gave me the generous opportunity to be sent to Singapore for the Halloween Horror Nights 8 in Universal Studios Singapore, who am I to say no right?
After all, it’s my first sponsored out-of-the-country trip ever!!! So why not?!
Halloween Horror Nights 8 was dubbed as the scariest event in the region featuring haunted houses, scare zones, a zombie laser tag and for the first-time ever, Netflix’s Stranger Things comes to life in a walkthrough of Hawkins’ mystery where Will Byers have gone missing.
At the stroke of 7pm, Universal Studios Sentosa transformed itself into an eerie chamber of monsters, cannibals, and other supernatural creatures who were set to haunt guests throughout the night. There’s no way to escape the fear because 2 scare zones were plotted within the studio.
Just like all the sensorial adaptation of live-action flicks in USS, the Halloween Horror Nights feature 5 horror stories told through the chambers of the following haunted houses: Killuminati, Pagoda of Peril, The Haunting of Oiwa, Pontianak, and Netflix’s Stranger Things.
There’s also an action-packed Zombie Laser Tag trail where you battle against an army of thirsty zombies infesting the course your league of 8 needs to surpass.
There are themed delights and shows scheduled throughout the night too!
Halloween Horror Nights run for a limited time until the 31st of October only!
